Happy Cinco de Mayo!

I’m celebrating Cinco de Mayo and honoring my proud Mexican heritage by eating a traditional Mexican lunch of Maruchan Creamy Chicken Ramen with Cholula Hot Sauce. And Speedy Gonzalez.  OLE!

  1. Ah! Reminds me of the first time I read that great American novel, “Tequila Mockingbird,” in which the Eagles’ allusions to Southern social and racial inequality are unduly noted, all while strumming the same four chords over and over again…

    • Well, I can see where you’re coming from, of course, with your reference to Harper Rodriguez’s classic tract on Mexican racism in, I guess, Mexico, but still, it makes you wonder. Thanks for calling.
